Dr. Bush-Joseph is currently a Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago. He is a graduate of the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, earning both a B.S. with distinction in 1979 and his medical degree in 1983. Dr. Bush-Joseph completed his internship and his orthopaedic residency at Rush and went on to fellowship training with Frank Noyes, MD, in Cincinnati. He was recruited back to Rush by Dr. Bernard Bach and helped build one of the most prestigious sports medicine programs in the country. He served as Managing Partner of Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush and Head Team Physician of the Chicago White Sox for 16 years. He has authored 110 scientific articles and 25 book chapters. A Past President of the AOSSM, Dr. Bush-Joseph serves on many corporate boards in including Rush Health, OrthoForum, and the AOSSM Medical Publishing Board.
